    Scheduling our cleaning services or obtaining a quote with Cristinas is easy. You can contact our customer service team via phone or email, or you can use our online booking system on our website to request services or receive a quote.
  • How does the payment work?
    All payments are processed securely online. After payment you will receive a digital invoice. You can select iDeal, automatic debit, credit card as payment options. If the cleaner needed less time than planned, this will of course be processed and you will not pay this. If more time is needed, this is always in consultation with the professional cleaner.
  • What is the price range for Move out/in cleaning and Commercial cleaning?

  • Do I have to pay any extra fees to Cristinas?
    No, you do not have to pay any hide fees or service costs. Even if you want to change your cleaner for whatever reason, we will help you without extra costs. To make use of our cleaning team we do charge only the price you see in our website. If you want us to bring vacuum cleaner + mop+ products, then we will charge a transport fee, otherwise we move with E-bikes to keep the prices cheap as possible.
  • What is your pricing structure for cleaning services in the Netherlands?
    Our pricing is competitive and based on factors such as the size of the area to be cleaned, the type of cleaning required, and the frequency of service. We offer free quotes, and our rates are transparent, ensuring you get the best value for your money.
  • Who are the cleaners working in Cristinas?
    The cleaners who work through Cristinas have a good skills. We all have worked in the home care or cleaning sector, others have gained experience running their households. Every cleaner is trusted by us and our customers. Our cleaners are in possession of a VOG (Certificate of Behavior). every cleaner have his public profile in our website.   • How does the first cleaning goes?
    Not one household or commercial space is the same. When your cleaner comes to your home for the first time, it is good to agree on what should be done and what is important for you. Our cleaners have professional experience, but coordinating what needs to be done is useful. On the first visit, walk around the house together and indicate what you think is important. We also recommend you to explain where all cleaning products and appliances are stored. Do you have special preferences or are there surfaces that need extra attention? Discuss this with your cleaner before the cleaner starts. If after the first time you see something need to be cleaned with most attention please dont hesitate to arrange that with us.
  • Can i trust my home to the cleaners?
    Cristinas is more than a team, it is a family business and all the cleaners have our aproval, so you can trust because we are professionals and respectful of the environment and customers.
  • How do I know the number of hours I need to book?
    You never know how long it can take for a cleaner to do its job, but of course we have some standards due to the experience we have gained during our time in the market. - For an apartment from 30 to 50 SQM we advise you to take 2 hours for regular maintenance. - For an apartment from 30 to 65 SQM we advise you to take 3 hours for regular maintenance. - For an apartment from 30 to 82 SQM we advise you to take 4 hours for regular maintenance. If you house is bigger or small than these examples please contact us to get a quote.
  • What areas in the Netherlands do you serve?
    We provide cleaning services in major cities and regions throughout the Netherlands, including Amsterdam, Hilversum, Aalsmeer, Uithoorn, Amstelveen and many more. Please contact us to check if we cover your specific location.
  • What cleaning products do you use, and are they environmentally friendly?
    We prioritize environmentally friendly cleaning products. Our cleaning solutions are safe for your family or employees and are designed to minimize the environmental impact while delivering effective results. We also do a digital invoicing and administration, our cleaners riding a e-bike to reduce the CO2.
  • Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
    You are not required to be present during the cleaning, but you can choose to be if you prefer. Many of our clients provide us with access instructions or a key, and our professional cleaners will take care of the rest.
